Hair Boutique will be reopening our doors on the 4th July. If you wish to book an appointment our telephone line is still open with a messaging service. However the best form of booking is to send us a private message via Facebook with details -
1st - The best time for you to come in.
2nd- What service you require.
3rd- What stylist you would like to book with.
4th- Your best contact number.
Please keep in mind that due to the circumstances in which we are able to open, we will be under an enormous amount of pressure to fit everyone in. We are unable to work and book clients in the same way we would normally. We will be working hard to see all of our valued customers as quickly as possible while always working to the government guidelines. Our highest aim is of course to keep our clients and staff in a safe environment.
Hair Boutique Reopening guild lines.
1- To minimise close contact, we have reduced our capacity by 50%.
2- Each client will have their own clean gown and towels (as usual).
3- All hairdressing equipment will be sterilised in between every client (as usual).
4- Every section will be sanitised between every client. We have cleared time in our diary’s between each appointment to ensure this done thoroughly.
5- We have paths set out within the salon to minimise any close contact.
6- All of our staff will be wearing appropriate PPE where applicable.
7- We kindly ask our clients to wear a mask if you are able. This is to help protect yourselves, other clients and staff.
8- We will be unable to provide any reading materials or refreshments so please feel free to bring your own.
9- Unfortunately we will not be able to accept walk in appointments. All appointments are pre book only. If you wish to book an appointment, please call the salon or message us via our Facebook page. We kindly ask you not to come into the salon to book.
10- Hand sanitisers will be placed around the salon and upon entry.
11- We will be providing a patch test station for our colour clients to come and do their own patch test. This will be required 24-48 hours prior to your colour service.
12- Due to minimising numbers, we ask all clients to come in alone.
13- Card payments are preferred.
14- We ask all clients to wait outside until you are called in for your appointment. We will be providing a seating area for our elderly clients or clients who are unable to stand for a period of time.
15- Due to COVID 19 and the way we now have to run our business, we are having to increase our prices by 15%
